Federal Funding

West Irondequoit Central School District has received funding from the Federal Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations (CRRSA) Act and the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act.  This temporary influx of funds totals $8,561,308 for West Irondequoit CSD to spend by September 2024.  The purpose of these Federal Stimulus funds are to support the District moving through and out of the pandemic.  Below you will find presentations and communications to support how the District is planning to spend the funds based on a survey sent to all stakeholders in July 2021.
