The Teaching Learning Center (TLC) is committed to providing opportunities for professional growth designed to support student learning and achievement by developing the instructional repertoire of teachers, supporting instructional performance and encouraging lifelong learning. Teaching Learning Center programs are aligned with district, state, and national initiatives for educational improvement and are reflected in the West Irondequoit CSD Professional Development Plan. The West Irondequoit Teaching Learning Center, through professional development programs, center operations and continuous reflection adhere to the NYS Teacher Center Standards for professional development practice. #NeverStopLearning
