Greetings WICSD Athletes and Families, 

Winter 2023 Registration using Family ID website will be open:

JV/Varsity Sports (9-12 are eligible for these sports): Friday, October 13 – Monday, November 6 

Modified Sports (7-8 & grade 9 students Mod A only): Friday, October 27 - Monday, November 20
NY State law requires that a health professional review sport registrations prior to the start of the season for which you are registering. That data must be current within 30 days prior to the start of the season. We close registration earlier than the start dates so that health office staff have ample time to process information. 

 

Before you register Current physical- (valid for 1 year) and any Current Medical and Medicine Orders (valid only within school year), documentation of any recent injury and or medical clearance from injury. PLEASE DON"T SEND TO ATHLETIC OFFICE.
INSTEAD: PLEASE UPLOAD AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF YOUR PHYSICAL DIRECTLY TO YOUR FAMILY ID ACCOUNT or send directly to corresponding building health office.

Returning Users: You should use your log-in information from previous registrations. Do not create a new account.

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

A parent/guardian should register by clicking on this link: 

Family ID

Follow these steps:

  1. Click on Find a Program and type in the name of your middle or high school.
  2. When your school appears, click on the appropriate program for which you are registering.
  3. Next click on the green Register Now button and scroll, if necessary, to the Create Account/Log In green buttons.  If this is your first time using FamilyID, click Create Account.  Click Log In, if you already have a FamilyID account.
  4. Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner first and last names (parent/guardian), email address, and password.  Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service.  Click Create Account.
  5. You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account.  (If you don’t see the email, check your email filters; spam, junk, etc.).
  6. Click on the link in your activation email, which will log you into FamilyID.com
  7. Once in the registration form, complete the information requested.  All fields with a red * are required to have an answer.
  8. Click the Save & Continue button when your form is complete.
  9. Review your registration summary.
  10. Click the green Submit button.  After selecting Submit, the registration will be open.  You will receive a completion email from FamilyID confirming your registration.

At any time, you may log in at www.familyid.com to update your information and to check your registration(s).  To view a completed registration, select the ‘Registration’ tab on the blue bar.
