District action regarding "Key Recommendations" as listed in summary:
#1 - Budget development for 2017-18 will include a variance of up to 6% (reduced from 7%) to remain within voter authorized amount and account for unanticipated expenses and/or losses of revenue during the fiscal year.
#2 - The Board of Education voted to defund the Unemployment Reserve by $144,078 and transferred those monies to the “underfunded” Capital Reserve Fund in August 2016.
#3 & 4 - Procedures to address these recommendations were put in place in June 2016.
