The WICSD tuition
reimbursement plan is administered as follows:
Courses to be considered for tuition
reimbursement must relate directly to the staff member's present
assignment.
Prior approval must be granted a
minimum of two weeks in advance of course registration.
Use the form "Application for Tuition
Reimbursement" for communicating requests. Forms are available
through school secretaries or the Personnel Office (X62995 or
[email protected]. Completed forms need
Principal/Administrator signed approval before being submitted to
the Personnel Office for final approval.
Successfully completed courses shall
be approved for reimbursement upon receipt of an official
transcript and proof of payment.
