Welcome

Dear West Irondequoit Families,

Another busy and fun-filled fall has whirled by, and the caregivers, teachers, administrators, and staff of the West Irondequoit PTSA at every building in the district have brought to life so many fun activities - from new events like the Rogers back-to-school bash, to tried-and-true traditions like our playground get-togethers and movie nights.

We've been busy at Central WICPTSA as well, with our K-6 pie fundraiser a great success to support programming at those buildings and our centralized spiritwear sale. We're also working on rewriting our mission statement to better connect with the work we do and the kind of organization we want to be - look for more information about this initiative in 2024.

There's never been a better time to get involved with WICPTSA, to connect with other families, to help build great programming that helps all our students, and to advocate for the things that matter and strengthen our schools and our children. We would love to meet you and help you be more involved:

I hope that all of our West Irondequoit families are safe and warm this winter, and I look forward to seeing all that we will accomplish together for our children.

Sincerely,

Kate Copeland
