| This week our staff conducted 151 COVID-19 rapid tests of students and employees who gave consent. There were zero positive results. |

| SUPERINTENDENT LETTER: CLICK HERE for details on the resumption of voluntary testing on Jan. 14. West Irondequoit is doing this to be proactive and self-monitor the safety of its schools. There is currently no state mandate to do so. |

| NOVEMBER 18-20, 2020 |
Over the course of three days (Wednesday-Friday) and to meet the state-mandated 20% testing threshold for students/staff, the WICSD administered 769 COVID-19 tests (Abbott BinaxNOW Rapid Test). Each one came back with a negative result.
