To provide opportunities for families and individuals to participate in and support fun and educational activities, we offer a membership program. Additionally, membership provides the Nature Center with much needed financial and personal support for the staff, the facilities and the programs. All membership levels include discounted admission to events, a subscription to our quarterly newsletter, free admission to our monthly open house, and reciprocal benefits from other environmental and educational institutions.

Our programs simply could not continue without the help of caring, wonderful volunteers. Education volunteers work with students from Pre-K through grade 12, as well as youth and adult community groups. Volunteers also play an integral part of site maintenance and public events. Contact our director, Karen Mazzola, with your ideas and interests!

Sponsor an Animal

The Nature Center's educational animals - mostly non-releasable wildlife - play a critical role in our school-based and public educational programs. Providing food, housing, bedding and enrichment opportunities for these animals can be costly. Your $20 sponsorship of an animal helps ensure that these animals can continue to help our visitors encounter, appreciate, and enjoy wildlife.
